About The Role
The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. We are needing a consistant 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. agent that can also cover a 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. shift as needed.
