Commission Analyst

Job Purpose The Commission Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration, calculation, reporting, and troubleshooting of company sales compensation programs. The Analyst will support the Fixed Income & Data Services, and Mortgage Technology lines of business. This role works closely with Sales Operations and Corporate Systems teams to ensure accurate and timely commission payments, maintain data integrity, and support ongoing enhancements to compensation processes and systems.
