AltaPointe operates several programs that meet the wide variety of needs for the newly homeless and chronically homeless. Most patients are in active psychiatric treatment, while a few have lost contact with their treatment teams due to their homeless status. Some patients need a higher level of psychiatric and community resources than others. Some patients live alone, some live in small groups. Some residences are single-family dwellings while others are apartments. All residents and residences are diligently monitored by AltaPointe professionals to guarantee the high standards AltaPointe demands.
