PE Manager Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are

Ensure all new projects going smoothly in mechanical parts;
To fully support sustaining projects/sustaining team in plants for hot issues problem solving;
Training and coaching PE team.
Supervise PE managers’ daily work and give them direction/proposal
Participate Global PE workshop and meeting, can transfer local issues/topic to global and transfer global direction points to local team.
Organize or lead global assignment or issues problem solving.
Generate PE 3-5 years’ development strategies.
Optimization PE organization.
Build up PE team development plan.
Optimization and standardization of PE working procedure.
Optimization and standardization PE related IATF16949 working procedure and documentation.

What Do We Expect From You

Mechanical background, Mechanical engineering Bachelor or Master degree is required;
With at least 10years working experience in automotive field;
With at least 5 production design experience
With at least 2 years’ department manager experience;
English skill is required.
Good at communication skills.
Good at reporting skills.
