With reference to the Director of Procurement in SCQM, you are offered a unique opportunity to join our Business Excellence Center and our journey to fulfill our potential through data and enhance our ability to make data-driven decisions. You will be working across multiple sites, together with colleagues from all areas of Terma. Main Responsibilities As part of our Business Excellence Center, you will play a key role in ensuring we are up to date with all relevant data points through our supply chain. This is an essential role in the ever-changing compliance and data-driven environment. Your focus will be on ensuring our supply chain data is correct and up to date. Enter, verify, and regularly update data, ensuring records are accurate Perform routine checks, investigate data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them Identify ways to improve data accuracy and reduce manual processes Extract and consolidate information, prepare and maintain Excel files and other data records used by the business This work will be done in cross-functional collaboration with our Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and CSR departments as well as across Sourcing, Shipping and Procurement. Your Professional Qualifications You have a relevant educational background within administration, supply chain or procurement. You are detail-oriented and ready to focus your attention on improving status quo. Furthermore, we expect the ideal candidate to possess the following qualifications: Experience in a similar role is an advantage Fluent in English (required) ERP knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel Your Personal Qualifications As a person, you have a positive mindset, see solutions instead of obstacles, and possess the following skills: Independent and proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to deliver results as part of a team while also managing individual projects Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Strong attention to detail What Can Terma Offer?
