🚀 Your Impact: Specialty Pharmacy Liaison

As a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison , you will serve as a primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring a seamless and supportive specialty pharmacy experience.

Key Responsibilities

• 🔹 Deliver high-touch patient support, managing each patient's journey from onboarding through refills
• 🔹 Coordinate timely medication deliveries and manage refill schedules
• 🔹 Proactively address insurance, prior authorization, financial assistance, and copay challenges
• 🔹 Monitor and promote medication adherence to support positive patient outcomes
• 🔹 Collaborate closely with clinical pharmacists, providers, and clinic staff to quickly resolve issues
• 🔹 Serve as a trusted patient advocate and resource for individuals navigating complex specialty therapies
• 🎯 What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• ✔ Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the state of employment
• ✔ 2–5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• ✔ High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• ⭐ CPhT Certification (highly valued)
• ⭐ 5–8 years of Pharmacy Technician experience

• ✅ Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• ✅ Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities

An employee in this position can expect a salary between $50,000 and $60,000 annually , plus bonus opportunities pursuant to the terms of any applicable bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.
