About The Role

KPMG is currently seeking a Product designer to join our Legal, Regulatory and Compliance organization.

  • Capable in modern product design tools and AI-enabled design platforms (including Lovable)
  • Able to translate business and stakeholder requirements into intuitive product experiences and design solutions
  • Able to rapidly prototype and iterate on concepts in fast-paced development environments

  • Able to operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving, and resource-constrained environments
  • Able to leverage analytics, usage patterns, and stakeholder feedback to inform product decisions

Mandatory technical & functional skills

  • 4–5 years of experience in UX/UI and product design across web and mobile platforms within enterprise, professional services, or product-focused environments
  • Experience designing scalable enterprise applications, dashboards, and digital product experiences
  • Strong understanding of design systems, reusable component frameworks, and enterprise UX standards
  • Experience facilitating design discussions, stakeholder workshops, and executive-level product walkthroughs
  • Strong foundation in UX principles including user journeys, information architecture, interaction design, and usability best practices
  • Strong collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams
  • Exposure to AI-enabled product development workflows, prompt-driven design approaches, and emerging digital experience trends
  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design engagements and enterprise application work

Preferred technical & functional skills

  • Experience operating within Agile/Scrum delivery environments
  • Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and modern component-based front-end frameworks
  • Experience working within AI-assisted or design-to-code development workflows
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code product development platforms
  • Experience conducting usability testing, heuristic evaluations, or user research activities
  • Exposure to motion design, micro-interactions, and modern digital engagement patterns
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise or B2B product organizations
  • Experience designing executive-facing reports, dashboards, presentations, or digital reporting products
  • Awareness of emerging trends in AI-driven product design and digital experience transformation
