We are seeking a Finance & Administration Manager for a high-impact role, working directly with General Management and regional teams to drive strategic decision-making for a leading multinational company in its sector, dedicated to operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth across the region. Role Purpose

Provide end-to-end leadership for the local Finance, Administration, and HR departments, serving as a financial business partner to optimize decision-making, ensure financial data integrity, and guarantee internal and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise the General Manager and department heads through financial analysis, risk assessments, profitability evaluations, and business modeling.
  • Oversee month-end/year-end accounting closures, variance analysis, and the timely delivery of local and international reports.
  • Supervise tax management, internal/external audits, and the company's internal control framework.
  • Lead financial planning, annual budgeting, and periodic forecasting processes.
  • Manage working capital, cash flow, banking relationships, and local treasury operations.
  • Oversee administrative operations, insurance policies, legal matters, and corporate service vendors.
  • Lead, mentor, and foster the continuous professional growth of the local team.
  • Manage local Human Resources processes (payroll processing, performance management, and HR policy compliance).

Technical Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Master's degree or postgraduate specialization is a plus).
  • 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, and Administration, with proven team leadership.
  • Proven experience in multinational companies (industrial, manufacturing, or distribution sectors highly desirable).
  • Advanced expertise in Chilean tax and accounting regulations (IFRS knowledge preferred).
  • Advanced English fluency (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP and advanced data analytics tools.
