House Supervisor RN - Per-diem Day

Represents Saint Joseph Hospital and Administration to the employees, patients, physicians, visitors and others as required. The position is responsible for the coordination of patient flow, placement and supervisory activities during their assigned shift; in cooperation with nursing leadership. Serves as a nursing resource and support to personnel in collaboration with the department managers and directors. Ensures the continuing coordination of operations of all hospital departments in alignment with the organizational strategic goals. This position has the authority and responsibility to exercise "command decisions" in all emergency and safety related situations. Advocates for the protection and rights of individuals, families, communities, populations, health care providers, nursing and other professions especially related to health and safety.
