Supervisor - Operations (Inventory Control)

As the Supervisor - Operations, you will lead warehouse operations and inventory control activities to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate execution across receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, and light assembly functions. You will supervise, coach, and develop a team while driving inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution. Partnering closely with warehouse teams, you will maintain inventory integrity, ensure timely transaction processing, and enforce compliance with safety, quality, audit, and company standards. By analyzing inventory and operational KPIs, you will identify improvement opportunities, enhance productivity, reduce errors, and support exceptional customer service. Reporting to a Manager or Senior Manager Operations, you will help develop processes and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
