Accounts Officer (Interorient Navigation)

The Position

We are looking to recruit a dynamic and motivated Accounts Officer to join our accounts & finance team and support the day-to-day accounting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Posting and processing supplier invoices
• Preparing and processing payments to suppliers and bank transfers
• Preparing and positing common expenses and allocating them to the appropriate accounts or entities
• Posting daily bank entries and other financial transactions
• Preparing and posting journal entries in accordance with accounting procedures
• Preparing daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements

• Holds a University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related field
• Proficient in both written and verbal English
• Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
• Good organisational and time management skills
