Do you speak European Portuguese fluently and enjoy helping customers and solving problems?

We are looking for Portuguese-speaking colleagues to join an international customer support team in Budapest. In this role, you will support customers of a well-known consumer technology brand and help them with product-related questions and everyday technical issues.

What will you do?

Provide professional customer support in Portuguese
Assist customers with product-related questions and technical issues
Understand the customer's problem and guide them towards the right solution
Support customers with basic troubleshooting
Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
Cooperate with other teams when further assistance is required
Ensure a professional and positive customer experience

What are we looking for?

Fluent Portuguese language skills
Confident English communication skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused and patient approach
Interest in technology and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of an international team

Previous experience in customer service, technical support, helpdesk or a similar role is an advantage.
