Sourcing Engineer

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

• 1. Develop and execute comprehensive commodity and supplier strategies that support long-term business objectives

1. Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contract development to achieve balanced outcomes in cost, quality, and service
2. Support new product development initiatives by collaborating with engineering, operations, and supply chain stakeholders
3. Facilitate E-sourcing events such as competitive bidding and reverse auctions where appropriate.
4. Other assignment by the company

For This Role, You Will Need

• Bachelor, Major in mechanical//Electric
• Minimum 5 years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or a related field within a multi-site or global environment
• Fluent in Engilish, strong MS Office skills, good communication skill, open-minded warm-hearted
