IT Support Supervisor (Store)

Responsible for ensuring the stability, security & performance of IT infrastructure at store LAN/WAN devices administration and troubleshooting Providing IT support to users and being the first point of contact for problem resolution to ensure seamless IT operations for all users Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. PABX system installation and configuration Preparation & configuration of Voice / data circuits End user support for day to day activities & timely resolution of all user complaints at store Installing new hardware (servers, printers, computer work stations etc) Inventory management and supplier dealing Video & Tele conference systems management for business meetings Management of client end utilities VPN, voice and Data etc. Article updating on scale through software Other assignment assigned by line management.

Bachelors in related field with minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure

Functional Skills: Hands on experience of LAN/WAN devices, PABX system, Video Conference systems Strong technical and communication skills
