Facility Principal Engineer/ Facility Project Management

• Lead facility engineering projects from planning, design, budgeting, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage multidisciplinary facility systems including HVAC, Cleanroom, Electrical/LV, Exhaust, Ventilation, Compressed Air, Vacuum, BMS, DI Water, Wastewater Treatment, and Building Infrastructure .
• Develop project scope, technical specifications, schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and execution strategies.
• Review engineering designs, equipment layouts, technical proposals, and contractor submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to achieve project Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (QCDS) targets.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction, renovation, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs to maximize facility system reliability and minimize equipment downtime.
• Manage contractors and ensure maintenance activities comply with SOW, technical specifications, and EHS requirements .
• Develop and maintain facility documentation, including SOP/WI, maintenance plans, inspection records, and system tracking .
• Ensure facility projects and operations comply with applicable regulations, engineering standards, and company EHS requirements.
• Lead technical troubleshooting and provide facility engineering support to Production and Engineering teams.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focusing on system reliability, energy efficiency, cost reduction, safety, and operational efficiency .

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Thermal/HVAC, Civil Engineering , or related disciplines.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Facilities Engineering and Project Management within a manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects .
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, Cleanroom, Building Utilities, Electrical/LV, Exhaust and Ventilation systems .
• Experience with Compressed Air, Vacuum, BMS, DI Water, and Wastewater Treatment systems is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in facility construction, renovation, installation, site supervision, and commissioning.
• Strong project management capabilities covering scope, budget, schedule, quality, resources, and risk management .
• Experience managing contractors, suppliers, consultants, and technical service providers.
• Strong knowledge of EHS, facility safety, preventive maintenance, and regulatory compliance .
• Strong technical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Good English communication skills.

Working Condition

• Working location: 2A – 1.F1, Tran Phu Street, Nhon Trach I Industrial Park, Nhon Trach Ward, Dong Nai City , Vietnam
• Working hours: 40 hours/ week (Mon-Fri)
