Now Hiring for Multiple Roles: Reservations / Sales Agents Customer Service Representatives Customer Support Specialists Retention Agent What You’ll Do Customer Service & Communication Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Deliver personalized customer experiences by understanding customer needs and providing effective solutions. Handle customer concerns, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction. Communicate accurate information clearly and efficiently. Reservations & Sales Support Assist customers with reservation requests and travel-related inquiries. Research and present options that best meet customer needs and requirements. Recommend and cross-sell relevant products and services when appropriate. Process customer requests, adjustments, special handling requirements, and reservations accurately. Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy in company systems. Dispatch & Operations Coordination Schedule and dispatch vehicles, drivers, technicians, or service personnel based on customer needs and business priorities. Monitor ongoing operations and provide updates to customers and field personnel. Coordinate communications between customers, field teams, and management. Track service progress and adjust schedules as needed. Utilize GPS, mapping tools, and dispatch software to support operational efficiency. Resolve operational issues including delays, route changes, and service disruptions..
