In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of CLM campaigns — from creation and segmentation to quality checks and performance tracking — ensuring every communication is accurate, targeted, and impactful.What you will doBuild, manage, and quality-check campaigns on CleverTap — including segmentation, journey setup, and dashboard monitoringCollaborate closely with CLM, Marketing, Growth, and Design teams to bring campaigns to life accurately and on timeOwn campaign quality — review setups, validate audience segments, and catch errors before campaigns go liveAnalyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights to drive continuous improvementTake full ownership of outcomes — from briefing to execution to reportingWhat we are looking for2-5 years of hands-on experience in Campaign Management/Operations or a similar roleStrong hands-on experience with CleverTap — campaigns, segmentation, and dashboardsProven ability to work cross-functionally with CLM, Marketing, Growth, and Design stakeholdersStrong analytical thinking, a problem-solving mindset, and comfort with experimentationClear and effective communication skills — written and verbalHigh ownership — someone who takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
