Analista - IT Consulting

Accountabilities

• Coordinate functional testing, homologation processes, certifications, and production deployments, ensuring initiatives are delivered with quality and within agreed timelines.
• Act as a key liaison between internal technology and business teams, suppliers, and strategic external partners.
• Evaluate operational, technological, and regulatory impacts associated with products, services, integrations, and project initiatives.
• Monitor incidents, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to support operational stability and service quality.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple stakeholders, ensuring priorities, dependencies, risks, and deliverables remain aligned.
• Support the evolution of financial products and payment solutions by identifying opportunities for process and technology improvements.
• Prepare and present executive-level reports, providing clear visibility into project progress, risks, decisions, and key outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate challenges, facilitate decision-making, and drive practical solutions.
• Contribute to initiatives involving payment ecosystems, digital products, external integrations, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Familiarity with digital wallets, tokenization, and integrations with external partners is a plus.
• Understanding of payment schemes, processors, transaction networks, and industry partners is desirable.
• Knowledge of authorization and settlement flows is an advantage.
