As a Data & AI Strategist, you will help organizations turn data and artificial intelligence capabilities into measurable business value and strategic <impact.You> will work with international clients and cross-functional teams to shape data strategies aligned with business objectives.The role spans data governance, management, enablement, platforms, data products, and emerging AI <solutions.You> will assess complex data ecosystems and help define practical approaches to improve how organizations manage and leverage their <data.You> will also support the adoption of data-driven practices, fostering stronger data literacy and a culture centered on informed decision-making.Your work will combine strategic thinking, technology expertise, stakeholder management, and business transformation.This is an opportunity to influence high-impact initiatives while helping clients evolve their data capabilities and explore innovative AI-driven solutions.
Accountabilities
- Develop comprehensive data strategies aligned with organizational goals, business priorities, and long-term transformation objectives.
- Establish and support data governance strategies covering data quality, cataloging, privacy, compliance, security, and responsible data management.
- Assess client data ecosystems, including data providers, platforms, critical business data, and existing capabilities, to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Define and support data enablement strategies involving data products, data monetization, data sharing, and other ways of generating business value from information.
- Provide strategic oversight of execution, ensuring initiatives remain aligned with agreed objectives while identifying and managing risks and dependencies.
- Support strong client relationships by monitoring engagement success, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and contributing to account growth and expansion.
- Help define team topologies, roles, and responsibilities to enable effective collaboration and successful delivery of data-focused initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for new data products and solutions through market research, client feedback, ecosystem analysis, and emerging technology trends.
- Support organizational adoption by helping integrate data-driven practices into business processes and encouraging a stronger data-oriented culture.
- Improve data literacy by helping business stakeholders understand the strategic value of data and its role in achieving organizational objectives.
- Advise clients on tailored data and AI solutions, including Data Platforms, Data Visualization, AI Models, and Generative AI applications.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills and confidence working with international clients and multicultural teams.
- Professional experience developing or implementing data solutions and translating data capabilities into business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of key data capabilities, including Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Management, and Data Enablement.
- Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or AWS.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, creativity, adaptability, and ability to navigate complex business and technology environments.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to align technical and business perspectives and influence decision-making.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate outcomes, identify risks, challenge assumptions, and make informed decisions.
- Ability to interpret team and stakeholder dynamics, build alignment, persuade effectively, and maintain strategic consistency while adapting to changing circumstances.
- Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, particularly around evolving data and AI technologies.
- Experience with data migration or modernization is a plus.
- Experience conducting data assessments is a plus.
- Experience with change management and organizational transformation is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish is considered an additional advantage.
