This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor Full Stack Sr. based in Brazil.

This is a senior full-stack opportunity focused on building and evolving an AI-powered platform for marketing <operations.You> will work across the front-end and back-end, contributing to product features, architecture, and intelligent capabilities.The role combines modern TypeScript development with Node.js, React, Python, and cloud-based <technologies.You> will help design distributed systems involving microservices, messaging, caching, APIs, and background jobs.Your work will directly contribute to scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI solutions.The environment values clean code, technical ownership, collaboration, and continuous knowledge sharing.This is a fully remote position offering strong opportunities to influence both technology and product evolution

Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end applications using TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, Express, and React, ensuring high standards of quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Design and evolve distributed platform architecture involving microservices, messaging, caching, PubSub, APIs, jobs, and scheduled processes.
• Develop AI-related capabilities using Python and contribute to the core functionality of the AI platform.
• Build clean, scalable, well-tested software and implement automated testing across applications and services.
• Participate actively in code reviews, helping establish consistent engineering standards and improve overall code quality.
• Contribute to technical refinement sessions by assessing feasibility, identifying challenges, and proposing effective solutions.
• Partner with technical leadership and engineering peers to continuously evolve the platform architecture.
• Share knowledge, provide technical guidance, and support the development of less-experienced engineers.
• Collaborate effectively in an agile environment while taking ownership of technical decisions and assigned deliverables.

Requirements

• Solid professional experience with TypeScript and Node.js, particularly using NestJS and Express.
• Mandatory experience with Python, with a strong ability to apply it to backend or AI-related development.
• Experience developing or integrating AI solutions is highly desirable, particularly in production environments.
• Strong experience building web interfaces with React, including React Native Web.
• Practical understanding of distributed architectures and components such as microservices, messaging, caching, PubSub, APIs, and cronjobs.
• Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, ideally with Hasura or comparable technologies.
• Understanding of AWS infrastructure and cloud-based application environments.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering practices, including Clean Code, Design Patterns, automated testing, and scalable architecture.
• Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, combined with autonomy, collaboration, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone or OpenSearch is a plus.
• Previous experience building and operating AI products in production is an additional advantage.
