Mid level Developer AEM

Join a multidisciplinary product squad working on digital applications used by customers of a major global life insurance <organization.In> this role, you will combine Adobe AEM and React expertise to build new features and continuously improve existing <experiences.You> will contribute across the full development lifecycle, from implementation and integration to troubleshooting and technical improvements.The position offers the opportunity to work closely with both client and partner teams in a collaborative, agile <environment.You> will help strengthen application quality, reliability, and maintainability while delivering meaningful product enhancements.Your work will directly contribute to improving customer-facing digital experiences across web and mobile channels.This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level developer looking to grow their expertise in AEM, React, APIs, and modern product development.

Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain customer-facing applications using Adobe AEM and React.js, ensuring reliable and high-quality digital experiences.
• Build and deliver new application features based on product and business requirements.
• Implement technical improvements, bug fixes, and enhancements to existing functionality.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the application's technical quality, performance, maintainability, and reliability.
• Work with APIs and content integrations to support effective communication between systems and digital experiences.
• Participate actively in a multidisciplinary product squad alongside developers, product professionals, and other specialists.
• Take part in agile ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and regular 1:1s with leadership.
• Collaborate closely with both internal and client-side team members to understand requirements, solve technical challenges, and deliver effective solutions.
• Contribute to technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives within the squad.

Requirements

• Solid professional experience in software development, ideally at a mid-level capacity.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), particularly in the development and maintenance of digital applications.
• Strong experience with React.js and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience working with APIs and content integrations.
• Familiarity with Java is a plus, particularly for basic or occasional backend development and troubleshooting.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary product teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with different technical and business stakeholders.
• Commitment to code quality, continuous improvement, and delivering reliable customer-facing applications.
• Candidates residing in the Campinas Metropolitan Region should be prepared to work from the local office according to the applicable workplace attendance policy.
