About The Role
Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:As an Inventory Analyst at Arc’teryx, you will own inventory targets and optimization for your assigned country, monitoring positions, distribution centers, and channels and bringing the analytical clarity that keeps inventory efficient and service levels protected. You will track KPIs, flag imbalances proactively, investigate root causes of stockouts and overstocks, and bring clear recommendations that help regions make smarter inventory decisions. This is a role for someone who is rigorous with data and comfortable operating across a complex multichannel environment.
This role is based out of our Korea office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Korea.

Inventory Planning aligns inventory strategy with business priorities to ensure product is available where and when it is needed across the marketplace. The team develops inventory policies and lifecycle strategies, manages the inventory plan, and partners cross-functionally to identify vendor requirements and address supply gaps. By balancing inventory health, product availability, and evolving business needs, Inventory Planning helps drive consistency, efficiency, and responsiveness across the supply chain.
If you were in the Inventory Analyst role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing
- Monitoring and reporting on inventory positions, distribution centers, and channels, tracking KPIs and identifying imbalances before they become business risks
- Identifying and quantifying excess, aging, and slow-moving inventory risks, and driving actions to address them
- Investigating root causes of stockouts across markets and recommending strategies for inventory rebalancing
- Recommending prioritization during supply constraints and supporting decision-making with clear data and analysis
- Reconciling forecast versus actual inventory performance and using findings to improve the accuracy of future inventory planning

Contributing to improvements in inventory modeling frameworks, safety stock methodologies, and KPI reporting tools
Refining regional action frameworks for addressing excess, aging, and slow-moving inventory risks
Are you our next Inventory Analyst?
You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
You have 3-5+ years of experience in Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, or Merchandise Planning
You have experience in inventory optimization modeling in a multichannel environment, with a strong understanding of key inventory metrics including weeks of stock, safety stock modeling, reorder points, inventory turns, and service levels
You bring advanced Excel and data modeling capability, and you are comfortable with forecast versus actual inventory reconciliation
You are proactive about flagging inventory imbalances
You identify root causes of stockouts or overstocks
You are a clear and organized communicator, able to present inventory positions and risks in a way that drives decisions across an organization
You bring a results-oriented approach to your work and are continuously looking for ways to improve inventory efficiency, service levels, and planning accuracy
