Flynn Manufacturing is currently looking for an experienced Pump Operator (Silicone). This position is located at our Mississauga Branch which is located at Airport Road and Derry Road

A Day in the Life

• -Operate silicone pump machine.
• -Ensure silicone meets quality standards.
• -Position and secure glass panels in frames.
• -Assemble and install prefabricated glass or glass products.
• -Utilize a variety of hand tools and measurement instruments.
• -All other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• -Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• -Previous experience working with silicone and understanding of silicone quality standards.
• -Previous experience working with glass or aluminum considered assets.
• -Ability to read blueprints (shop drawings), calculate angles and measure/mark-up material.
• -Able to lift 50lbs.
