This year we're migrating our ERP to an AI-native platform, rebuilding our billing stack, and putting agents to work across all of our projects. You'll be working directly with our CFO.what you'll do:own month end close and reporting including variance analysis & statement preplead our ERP migration to an AI native platform; full oversight over system design & configexpand the AI orchestration layer for finance → repeatable work goes to agentsbecome our default billing systems lead, you'll oversee billing ops day to dayoversee multi-country payroll and benefits, commissions and equity managementcoordinate w/ external providers to ensure global corporate and sales tax compliancemaintain an audit ready posture while ensuring appropriate controls & memos are in placecoordinate agents to run but ultimately own transactional accountingcollaborate on financial planning and maintain rolling forecastsroll up your sleeves and dive in to various ad hoc projects…no shortage of thosemust have:CPA w/ deep US GAAP accounting experience, ideally forged in an audited environmentprogressive experience at previous high-growth tech startupsability to rapidly context shift and rebalance priorities based on business needsthrives on delivering consistent results in extremely fast paced environmentsproven track record of deploying & configuring AI agents to automate complex tasksnice to have:deep understanding of cloud architecture & associated billing + margin analysisproficient in multi-entity rollups, international expansionsql, python or general coding experiencetpuf is hardcore & whimsical. we value:overstep > understepshow > tellcomplexity is earnedshowing up as part of our customer’s teammaking stuff easy to react to
