You'll manage sourcing and purchasing across hardware, software, engineering tools, and operations, supporting the resource needs of our autonomous driving and mobility programs. You'll also partner closely with our Operations team to handle their day-to-day purchasing needs. This role works cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and legal to make sure the company has what it needs, when it needs it, at the right cost.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor negotiation, purchase order issuance, and order trackingIdentify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and vendors for hardware components (sensors, compute modules, prototyping materials) and indirect goods/servicesNegotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure favorable outcomes while maintaining strong supplier relationshipsPartner with engineering and R&D teams to understand technical specifications and sourcing requirements for prototype and production materialsMonitor supplier performance, lead times, and quality to proactively resolve supply chain risks or delaysMaintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and vendor documentation in company systemsSupport budget tracking and cost analysis in collaboration with financeEnsure procurement activities comply with company policy, export control regulations, and any relevant legal/import requirementsAssist with vendor contract renewals, NDAs, and MSAs in coordination with legalContinuously identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement functionQualifications2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles (experience in automotive, hardware, robotics, or tech industries preferred)Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationshipsFamiliarity with procurement/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Coupa) and proficiency in Excel/Google SheetsAbility to read and understand technical specifications for hardware/electronic components is a plusExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailClear communicator who can work cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and legal stakeholdersComfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with shifting prioritiesKnowledge of export control regulations (EAR/ITAR) is a plus, given international supplier relationshipsPreferred QualificationsExperience procuring for autonomous vehicle, robotics, or AI hardware programsFamiliarity with global supply chains and international shipping/customs processesBilingual (Korean/English) is a plus, given collaboration with global teamsInterview ProcessApplication Review - Coding Test - 1st interview - 2nd interview - Offer Negotiation - HiringThe screening procedures may vary depending on the position, schedule, or other <circumstances.You> will be individually notified of the screening schedule and results via the email address provided in your application.Compensation$79,380 - $150,000Additional InformationIn accordance with fair hiring practices, do not include any personal information unrelated to your job qualifications (e.g., Social Security Number, family relations, marital status, age, photo, physical condition, place of birth, etc.) in your resume.All documents must be submitted in PDF format and under 30MB in size.
