• 我们正在深圳招聘一名智能硬件供应商开发经理，为小型 AI 设备和消费电子产品寻找、评估并管理供应商。你将把不完整的产品需求转化为可报价、可打样、可量产的供应方案。
• 工作职责

• 寻找并评估结构件、电子件、模具、表面处理、包装和整机供应商。
• 管理 RFQ、成本拆解、比价、谈判、样品和供应商准入。
• 与工业设计、机械、电子和工厂团队审查图纸、BOM、工艺与交期。
• 跟进试产和量产问题，推动质量、成本和交付改进。
• 建立供应商数据库、风险分级、双供策略和清晰的采购记录。

任职要求

• 常驻深圳，3 年以上消费电子或智能硬件供应商开发经验。
• 熟悉珠三角供应链，能独立找厂、验厂、询价和谈判。
• 能看懂 CAD/STP、2D 图纸和 BOM，并与工程师讨论 DFM。
• 中英文沟通清晰，执行力强，愿意频繁跑工厂。

We are hiring a Smart Hardware Supplier Development Manager in Shenzhen to source and qualify suppliers for compact AI devices and consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

• Source mechanical, electronic, tooling, finishing, packaging, and assembly partners.
• Own RFQs, cost breakdowns, negotiations, samples, qualification, and supplier records.
• Review CAD/STP files, drawings, BOMs, processes, and lead times with design, engineering, and factories.
• Drive quality, cost, delivery, dual-source, and production-risk improvements.

Requirements

• Based in Shenzhen with 3+ years of supplier development experience in consumer electronics or smart hardware.
• Strong Pearl River Delta factory network and hands-on RFQ, audit, and negotiation experience.
• Able to read CAD/STP, drawings, and BOMs and discuss DFM with engineers.
