• Italic 正在深圳招聘一名电商履约与库存协调员，负责把订单、库存、补货和异常处理连接起来，确保 Shopify、仓库和 3PL 数据准确、发货及时。
• 工作职责

• 每日监控订单、库存、缺货、积压、取消和履约时效。
• 对账 Shopify、ERP/WMS、3PL 和承运商数据，修复差异。
• 建立补货计划和库存预警，跟踪周转、库龄和安全库存。
• 处理丢件、破损、退货、地址异常和客户升级问题。
• 输出周报并维护清晰的 SOP、责任人和问题闭环记录。

任职要求

• 常驻深圳，2 年以上电商履约、库存或供应链运营经验。
• 熟练使用 Excel 或 Google Sheets；能做查找、透视表和基础数据清洗。
• 熟悉 Shopify 订单流，了解 WMS、ERP、3PL 或承运商系统。
• 细致可靠，能在大量日常异常中抓住优先级。

Italic is hiring an E-commerce Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator in Shenzhen to keep orders, inventory, replenishment, and exception handling accurate across Shopify, warehouses, and 3PL partners.

Responsibilities

• Monitor orders, inventory, stockouts, backlog, cancellations, and fulfillment SLA daily.
• Reconcile Shopify, ERP/WMS, 3PL, and carrier data and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain replenishment plans, stock alerts, aging, turns, and safety-stock reporting.
• Close lost, damaged, returned, address-exception, and customer-escalation cases.

Requirements

• Based in Shenzhen with 2+ years in e-commerce fulfillment, inventory, or supply-chain operations.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups, pivots, and basic data cleaning.
• Familiarity with Shopify and at least one WMS, ERP, 3PL, or carrier system.
