## Responsibilities

  • You define the site's **scientific strategy**, provide **toxicology leadership**, and advise **senior management** on scientific and business opportunities.
  • You translate the scientific strategy into **operational excellence** while ensuring **GxP**, **DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025**, and **regulatory compliance**.
  • You ensure that **SOPs**, **computerized systems**, **CAPA processes**, and **scientific integrity** support compliant and high-quality study execution.
  • You collaborate with **Quality**, **regulatory authorities**, **customers**, and **internal stakeholders** to ensure scientific excellence and regulatory compliance.
  • You support **customer relationships**, **business development**, **global collaboration**, and the **Preclinical Business Unit**.
  • You **lead**, **coach**, and **develop** a team of **Study Directors** while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • You act as **Deputy Test Facility Manager** and ensure **operational continuity** during the Test Facility Manager's absence.

## Requirements

  • You hold a **degree in Toxicology** and ideally possess **ERT certification**.
  • You have **10+ years of leadership experience**, **CRO toxicology expertise**, and **genetic toxicology** knowledge.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of **GxP**, **DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025**, **regulatory requirements**, and **quality management systems**.
  • You demonstrate **scientific writing**, **analytical thinking**, **strategic thinking**, and **scientific credibility**.
  • You communicate confidently with **customers**, **regulatory authorities**, **international stakeholders**, and demonstrate excellent **stakeholder management**.
  • You are an inspiring **leader** with strong **people management**, **organizational**, and **decision-making** skills.
  • You are fluent in **German (C2) and English ( at least B2) and are willing to travel** for business purposes.
