About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and financial performance for 2 market-rate multi-family properties (163 units total) .

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Maintenance: Manage daily site operations; dispatch maintenance work orders; maintain safe, attractive grounds.
• Tenant Relations: Serve as primary contact for resident needs; resolve complaints promptly; handle move-in/move-out inspections.
• Leasing & Marketing: Market vacancies, conduct tours, screen applicants, negotiate terms, and manage renewals.
• Financials & Administration: Collect rent, manage budgets/expenses, enforce lease terms, and report to property owners.
• Compliance & Leadership: Ensure adherence to local/state/federal housing laws and supervise site staff/vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Property Manager (or similar role).
• Active PA Real Estate License (or willing to obtain upon hire).
• Strong knowledge of housing laws, lease administration, and property management principles.
• Excellent communication, time management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio, Yardi, RealPage, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
