About The Role

Egypt Education Platform invites applications for the position of Homeroom Teacher (Grade 1) at our partner school, Prime National Schools - Scholar's International Language School. We seek a dedicated and caring educator committed to delivering a high-quality educational experience to our Grade 1 students, nurturing their academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum for Grade 1 students.
Assess and monitor student progress continuously to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages curiosity and a love for learning.
Foster strong communication and collaborative relationships with parents and guardians to support student success.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the school and participate in professional development activities.
Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a supportive learning atmosphere.
Bachelor’s degree in Education or Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably in primary education or Grade 1.
Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies for young learners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that accommodates diverse learning needs.
Proficiency in using educational technology to enhance learning experiences is a plus.
