Senior IAM Engineer

As an Senior IAM Engineer at Bally’s Intralot , you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure and systems.

Here's what you'll be doing

• Own and manage the One Identity Manager platform as the organisation’s central IAM solution.
• Lead onboarding and integration activities for merged entities, including identity lifecycle management, provisioning, RBAC, and directory synchronisation.
• Collaborate with business, HR, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into IAM workflows and governance controls.
• Maintain integrations with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, HR systems, SaaS applications, and ITSM platforms.
• Manage RBAC and PAM controls to ensure secure, compliant, and least-privilege access management.
• Support enterprise consolidation initiatives across M365 tenants, directories, and applications.
• Act as escalation point for IAM incidents, troubleshooting, and operational support.
• Maintain IAM documentation, procedures, and governance records.
• Support access reviews, audits, compliance activities, and continuous platform improvement initiatives.
