FTTH Back Office Coordinator - Phase A

TELCOCOM DATA HELLAS, a leading company in the telecommunications sector and a subsidiary of FiberHome, is seeking an experienced Phase A Coordinator for FTTH projects. Our company specializes in the development of modern fiber-optic networks throughout Greece, contributing to the advancement of the country’s digital infrastructure.

The FTTH Coordinator role serves as the link between the field, the technical team, and management, with the primary objective of ensuring the efficient and high-quality implementation of FTTH projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Be the Operational Bridge: Collaborate and maintain daily, proactive communication with management, design engineers, and field installation crews.
• Track & Drive Execution: Monitor pending field issues and redesign requests, ensuring everything is resolved strictly within target timelines and SLAs.
• Ensure Data Excellence: Oversee and validate data, reports, and documentation submitted by field teams to guarantee 100% accuracy before final system logging.
• Report & Provide Insights: Keep management updated on overall progress while proactively spotting potential delays or bottlenecks and offering practical solutions.
• Languages: Native or fluent Greek, combined with excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
• Tech Savvy: Outstanding skills in MS Office (especially Excel) and comfort with digital tools/databases.
• Industry Background: Prior experience in FTTH (Fiber to the Home), telecommunications, or Engineering projects is highly valued.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, sharp eye for detail, and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in, Civil Engineering, or related field.
