Your Role

In your daily job you will

Manage customer quality issues and complaints, including containment, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up.
Manage ISIR/PPAP submissions and customer approvals for new products and engineering or 4M changes.
Support customer quality audits and ensure timely closure of findings and corrective actions.
Monitor customer quality performance, quality indicators, warranty issues, and customer claims.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other functions to resolve product and process quality issues.
Drive continuous improvement activities to prevent recurrence of quality issues and improve customer quality performance.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience in automotive quality, customer quality, or manufacturing quality.
Knowledge of automotive quality tools and processes, including APQP, PPAP/ISIR, 4M change, 8D, and root cause analysis.
Experience in customer complaint handling, quality issue resolution, and corrective action management.
Good communication and coordination skills with customers and cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement activities.
English communication skills preferred.
