Product Owner (WZ-706299)

Purpose

Manage and prioritize the PAYMENT product backlog to maximize business value, translating business needs into actionable requirements while working closely with the Payment Expert/Product Manager and development team.

Reports to: Digital Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
• Ensure DevOps work items, user stories, tasks, and updates are accurately maintained and kept up to date by the team.
• Collaborate with the Payment Expert/Product Manager to deliver product priorities.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Align stakeholders and development teams on priorities and delivery goals.
• Monitor incidents and support timely resolution.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and delivery outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or in a similar Agile delivery role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing product backlogs and prioritization.
• Ability to translate business needs into user stories and requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
