Key Responsibilities1. Employee Health ManagementProvide employee health consultations, medical assessments, first aid support, and treatment guidance for workplace and general health mattersConduct onsite health checks, such as blood pressure, blood glucose, and cholesterol screening, and support health promotion activitiesManage and maintain employee health and medical records with strict confidentiality and appropriate data protection practices2. Health Examinations & Follow-upCoordinate and oversee annual general health examinations, special health examinations, and pre-placement or job-related medical examinations; analyze medical data and follow up on potential work-related injuries and illnesses as neededMonitor examination participation, follow up with employees requiring additional care, and manage ongoing health follow-up programsProvide medical consultations related to chronic disease management, work-related employee health concerns, lifestyle risk factors, mental well-being, and job stressUnderstand medical surveillance requirements and manage company-required employee health surveillance programsSupport job fitness evaluations and return-to-work considerations in collaboration with HR, EHS, managers, and healthcare providers as appropriate3. Occupational Health Program ManagementPlan and execute occupational health programs and campaigns, including musculoskeletal disorder prevention and cardiovascular risk reduction initiativesAnalyze health data to establish and improve health strategiesDeliver employee training and health awareness initiatives4. Incident & Case ManagementProvide initial medical response, triage guidance, and follow-up support for workplace incidents and employee health eventsSupport work-relatedness assessment, case documentation, and reporting in relevant systems, including Gensuite where applicableSupport Workers’ Compensation case management and required regulatory documentation in partnership with HR, EHS, and relevant stakeholders5. Vendor & Site ManagementCoordinate external occupational health service providers, medical examination institutions, and related vendorsMonitor service quality, contract deliverables, cost effectiveness, and regulatory compliance related to health service vendorsSupport multi-site occupational health operations, including both direct and outsourced health management arrangements6. Compliance & Audit SupportEnsure occupational health activities are aligned with the Korean Occupational Safety and Health Act and applicable internal company requirementsMaintain required health documentation and support internal audits, external inspections, and corrective actions as neededQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in nursing or a related healthcare fieldValid Korean registered nurse license5 -10 years of relevant experience in occupational health, employee health services, clinical nursing, or a related healthcare environmentStrong knowledge of Korean occupational health regulationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and EnglishValid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites and company locations as requiredPreferredExperience in multi-site health managementExperience working with external health service providersBackground in EHS or corporate health program managementKey CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsSelf-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionEffective stakeholder communication and collaborationHigh level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive dataAdditional InformationTime Type:Full timeEmployee Type:Fixed Term (Fixed Term)Travel:Yes, 25% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:NoApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
