Job Description

SearchPlus HR is seeking a compassionate and experienced Child & Adolescent Psychologist to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents experiencing a range of emotional, behavioral, developmental, and psychological concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments for children and adolescents/ adults.
• Provide individual and family therapy based on clinical needs.
• Assess emotional, behavioral, developmental, and social concerns.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, parents and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.

• Work closely with parents and caregivers, providing guidance and psychoeducation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, pediatricians, therapists, educators, and other multidisciplinary professionals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans where appropriate.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and care planning.
• Promote early intervention, mental health awareness, and preventative care.

Requirements

Bachelor's and Master's degrees (minimum) and PhD (preferred) in Child Psychology from a recognized university, with specialization in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

Valid license/registration as a psychologist in the country of practice.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience after graduation

Nationality - GCC / Jordan / Lebanon / Tunisia / UK of Arabic Origin

Arabic Speaking is a Must.
