HR Resource Planning Intern

Support the planning and monitoring of internal resources. Update and maintain employee and project databases. Track new hires , internal movements, and project assignments. Prepare and update HR reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with managers and different departments to identify workforce needs. Assist in the management and classification of professional profiles and organizational categories. Analyze data to support the optimization of workforce planning and talent management processes. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Human Resources function.
