Manufacturing Engineer (Electronic Cards)

Serve as the first line of engineering support for incidents on the factory floor, establishing corrective and preventive measures to minimize the impact on scheduling and deliveries. Conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analyses and identify opportunities for improvement and automation of production processes. Prepare, update, and maintain manufacturing documentation—including manufacturing instructions, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions—ensuring compliance with defined production processes. Manage design deviations (waivers) for the repair and recovery of non-conforming printed circuit boards (PCBAs). Design and develop manufacturing tools using SOLIDWORKS, including machined parts and 3D printing solutions. Ensure proper traceability of materials throughout the entire production process. Collaborate with the Design, Production, Quality, and Testing teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve industrial efficiency.
