Process Engineer (Optronics Line)

Define and maintain the manufacturing, assembly, and integration processes for optronic equipment. Prepare manufacturing documentation: work instructions, production routes, procedures, and associated technical documentation. Participate in the industrialization of new products and the transfer of engineering designs to production. Design and specify manufacturing fixtures, tools, inspection equipment, and test benches. Resolve technical issues in manufacturing and lead corrective and preventive actions. Analyze and improve production processes using continuous improvement methodologies. Participate in process validation, first-article inspections, and the commissioning of new lines or equipment. Collaborate with Quality on nonconformity analysis, improvement initiatives, and audits. Monitor production, productivity, and efficiency indicators. Provide technical support to the assembly, integration, and testing departments.
