We’re looking for an Online Campaigns Junior Executive (fixed-term contract) to support our growing business and evolving customer needs. In this role, you’ll turn strategy into action and deliver smart, data-driven campaigns that speak to our customers at every stage of their journey. From planning multi-channel promotions to fine-tuning automated flows, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we connect with and retain our audience. ++++Does This Sound Like You?++++ Attentive to details. Data-driven mindset, you’re confident making decisions backed by performance metrics. Great communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration. Previous experience running multi-channel digital campaigns is a plus, not a must. Previous experience with CRM platforms and customer segmentation is a plus, not a must. Strong Latvian and English skills are required; Russian are an advantage.
