Reliability Engineer Intern Job Description: Support the performance of product qualification testing of semiconductor circuits: Identify and prepare samples for tests Develop test fixtures and/or circuit boards for qualification tests as required; may include mechanical assembly and soldering Make DC and RF electrical measurements Execute qualification and/or reliability tests Perform statistical analysis of measurement results Support failure analysis as required Report results, including recommendations for improvement
