About The Role
In this role you will develop expertise in research and application of thermal spray coatings for thermal, wear and corrosion protection You will align technical parameters with commercial project objectives to achieve desired outcomes Further operate thermal spray equipment and designs/modifies tooling and fixturing for new and improved processes Analyze data and resolves technical challenges to drive product and process development forward Document experiments and maintains operating procedures, safety training and technical instructions Additionally collaborate with customers and teams while contributing to productivity improvements using Lean and Six Sigma
