About The Role

Position Overview The Portfolio Manager, RQI Teams is primarily accountable for driving the development and successful execution of expanded cardiac emergency response programs within the Alliance. This includes an enhanced BLS pathway preparing all providers to identify and respond within the first five minutes of sudden cardiac arrest, and a standardized mega code curriculum supporting team-based ACLS and PALS training for dedicated code teams. The role serves as a vital link between AHA, Laerdal, and RQI Partners stakeholders, and works in close coordination with Portfolio Directors and product managers across the alliance. Position Holder is Accountable For Program Performance Accountable for the business and mission performance of the RQI Teams program portfolio. This includes ensuring programs collectively generate desired outcomes and meet financial, strategic, and clinical targets. Including provider readiness improvements, partner satisfaction, and contribution to alliance revenue growth. Program Lifecycle Management Accountable for the full lifecycle of RQI Teams programs, encompassing design, development, launch, maintenance, and iteration. Lifecycle management includes roadmap alignment with AHA, Laerdal, and RQI Partners stakeholders and governance bodies. Identifying Opportunities for Growth Accountable for analyzing clinical trends, partner needs, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities to expand and strengthen the RQI Teams program portfolio. Responsibilities Program Roadmap Management Work closely with alliance partners, advisors, and internal teams to build and maintain a roadmap of program investments and delivery activities across both the BLS and ACLS/PALS tracks. Promoting the Program Vision Responsible for articulating and advancing the RQI Teams program vision across Laerdal, AHA, and RQI Partners, ensuring alignment with alliance goals, clinical standards, and commercial objectives. Goal Setting In collaboration with alliance stakeholders and internal team members, define outcomes and success criteria for each program track. Ensure priorities are translated into actionable plans and measurable delivery targets. Program Growth Responsible for identifying and executing opportunities to expand RQI Teams program reach within the existing hospital base and beyond, driving innovation in program design and supporting the alliance's growth agenda. Stakeholder Management Manages a complex web of internal and external stakeholders across three organizations. Responsible for maintaining open, trust-based communication — ensuring alignment on priorities, surfacing and resolving dependencies, and keeping all parties moving toward shared outcomes. Ensuring Programs Meet Business and Clinical Needs Responsible for ensuring that all RQI Teams programs are grounded in clinical evidence, aligned with partner commitments, and designed to meet the operational realities of hospital-based training environments.
