About the team you are joining You will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Consulting and Certifications in direct line. You will be working alongside a brilliant team of highly talented Consultants and Subject Matter Experts from diverse culture, backgrounds, and nationalities. The position will be based in Geneva, Switzerland. What your day would be like Shape and grow the MAR consulting service catalogue, crafting proposals (e.g., Distribution Strategy, MAR Transition, among others) and building a pipeline. Lead client engagements: run diagnostics, define target architectures (Offers, Orders, Payments), and design phased transition roadmaps. Facilitate workshops on Ancillary Products, Dynamic Offers, and readiness planning Manage projects end-to-end—scope, timelines, stakeholder coordination, risk management—ensuring deliverables align with IATA governance and client value. Collaborate with the Offers Orders team to stay current on standards, co-develop proposals, and contribute to MAR thought leadership (webinars, white papers).
