About The Role

  • 1.负责支行的财富业务推动、客户陪访、沙龙授课及员工培训；
  • 2.协助支行班子开展财富业务结构、业务痛点等分析、形成一行一策；
  • 3.根据分行客群特点指定产品策略以及活动策略，指导支行开展财富沙龙活动；
  • 4.开展总行财富产品转培训，或根据分行实际，针对性开展相关财富产品培训；
  • 5.不定期进行业务飞检，抽检主推产品、营销话术等。
  • 1.本科及以上学历，有金融财会类专业、有营销类工作经验优先
  • 2.具备两年以上理财业务经验、投顾或具备团队管理经验优先；
  • 3.具备基金从业资格证书，其中具备AFP\CFP\CFA等证书优先
