About The Role

  • 1、KPI指标收集、稽核、汇总，并对日常经营数据整理及通报，支撑三级驾驶舱建设。；
  • 2、负责部门级别重点改善事项的跟进闭环，提升执行力
  • 3、业务流程优化，组织推进体系管理制度的制订、更新及落地监督工作
  • 4、协助开展YBS工具的培训，跟进各部门改善活动开展，推动改善闭环与成果固化。
  • 5、参与跨部门业务流程调研与梳理，协助制定/更新标准规范文件；跟踪流程落地执行效果，推动整改闭环。
  • 1、本科及以上，工业工程、管理类、智能制造工程、供应链管理、统计等专业；
  • 2、具备良好的逻辑思维、系统思考能力及跨部门沟通协调能力，愿意深入业务一线；
  • 3、具备较强的数据敏感度，熟练使用Excel、PPT，有BI工具（如PowerBI/FineBI）或AI工具应用经验者优先；
  • 4、具备良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作精神；
