About The Role

  • 1、承担生物药产品的CMC开发全生命周期管理，包括但不限于：
  • a) 组织项目团队制定CMC开发计划、变更计划等以支持产品IND申报、sIND申报、NDA/BLA/MAA申报。
  • b) 组织项目团队解决项目实施过程中发现的问题。
  • c) 跟进CMC研究的整个流程及执行情况，确保项目保质保量按时完成。
  • d) 协助PTL和PTPM制定完整的项目开发计划。
  • e) 与临床、非临床等部门保持良好沟通，做好临床期间药品供应支持性工作，共同促进项目开展。
  • f) 协助RA部门一同完成sIND/NDA/sNDA申报资料的准备工作。
  • 2、协助BD开展业务，包括项目信息收集总结、技术交流、尽职调查等。
  • 3、完成上级安排的部门性事务。
  • 1、具有生物工程、制药工程、药学、分子生物学、生物化学等相关专业硕士以上学历。
  • 2、具有生物医药行业5年工作经验，包括项目管理、生物制药研发、质量分析、生物制药生产、注册申报等，具备生物制药CMC后期项目管理经验者优先考虑。
  • 3、具有良好的团队合作精神、沟通协调能力、独立分析和解决问题的能力。
  • 4、工作严谨仔细，有强劲的内驱力、进取心和抗压能力。
  • 5、具备良好的英文水平，可以和客户自如沟通。
  • 6、熟练操作project、excel、ppt等办公软件。
