City Supply Head

Own city P&L, supply, revenue, and growth , with a strong focus on scaling the city business and achieving ambitious growth targets. Own end-to-end supply operations — from customer inspection requests and car evaluation to negotiation, procurement, paperwork, and final delivery. Lead large, diverse teams across on-ground inspectors/evaluators, OAs, AMs, negotiation, delivery, and sales, ensuring adequate manpower and operational efficiency. Manage and grow the dealer ecosystem through BDMs, regular dealership visits, vendor management, and building strong dealer relationships. Drive dealer/channel sales and procurement , ensuring competitive and fair deals while improving city-level supply and revenue. Develop city-level growth strategies based on market demand, supply constraints, customer requirements, and priorities across Demand and Auctions. Drive operational excellence and execution by ensuring TAT, quality, process discipline, and quick resolution of day-to-day operational bottlenecks. 4–8 years of experience across sales, operations, supply, business, or strategy roles, preferably in automotive, FMCG, consumer tech, or other high-growth environments.
