Assistant Manager HRBP

Partner with regional business leaders to align people strategy with business objectives across South India. Own the complete employee lifecycle , including performance management, engagement, development, talent reviews, and exits. Drive employee relations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes . Lead employee engagement, retention, capability development, and culture-building initiatives. Drive HR governance, policy implementation, compliance, and consistent HR practices across locations. Manage HR across multiple locations / a large frontline workforce (1,000+ employees) . 5–8 years of experience in Core HRBP / Regional HRBP / Business HR , with strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior business leaders.
