Assistant Manager HR Operations

Own the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Darwinbox HRMS across the employee lifecycle. Configure, test, and deploy HRMS enhancements, workflows, and process automations . Drive HRMS integrations with Payroll, Attendance, Recruitment, L&D, Finance, and other systems. Ensure HR data accuracy, governance, audits, and compliance through regular validations and reconciliations. Support HRMS implementations, module rollouts, upgrades, UAT, and change management initiatives. Develop HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics to drive data-based HR decisions. 3–7 years of experience in HR Operations/HRMS, with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
